To shorten service response times, Panrui has expanded its export spare-parts inventory. The new warehouse stocks common oil filters, air filters, separators, controllers, sensors, belts and seal kits for the most popular screw compressor and dryer models.
Distributors can order a recommended commissioning kit with each compressor, and replenish high-use items through a simple stock list. Panrui’s service team will also provide parts identification training and photographic catalogues.
“Our goal is to make Panrui the easiest compressed air brand for our distributors to support,” said the export director. “That means fast quotations, correct documentation and parts that arrive when they are needed.”
