Air quality
Product-contact air must be oil-free and dry to prevent contamination and moisture damage to hygroscopic powders. Control air needs a low dew point for reliable operation of the filling and tableting machines.
System design
Use oil-free compression with drying and filtration, and point-of-use sterile filtration at contact stations. Provide redundancy for continuous packaging lines and manage the dusty blending environment with proper filtration.
